We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist interested in communicating with people, helping them and solving their issues. Person will be responsible for providing extraordinary technical and administrational support to our clients and users who contacts us via social media and email channels.
• Responding to Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin messages • Establishing correct and communication with clients in need of support • Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem. • Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem. • Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved. • Scheduling calls with respective departments, if the provided support is not enough • Troubleshooting technical issues. • Diagnosing and reporting the technical issue to the technical team.
• Good understanding of SQL; • Experience working with database; • Knowledge of English and Russian • Min 1 year of working experience in customer support;
