• Proven work experience as a Head of Finance, financial reporting and analyzes or budgeting; • In-depth understanding of IFRS, cash flow management, bank reconciliation and bookkeeping • Hands-on experience with budgeting and financial risk management • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models • Solid analytical and decision-making skills • Results oriented and metrics driven; • Advanced computer software skills, including Excel and financial reporting software;
• 6 years working experience • 2 years of managerial experience. • Advanced written and spoken skills in English and Russian;
• Managing the financial reporting for the organisation. This includes monthly financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting; • Ability to collaborate with upper management to organize, plan and achieve company financial goals; • Presentation of financial results and insights to the Management; • Managing and overseeing the taxation affairs of the organisation in Georgia, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Russia; • Managing and overseeing the cash flow of the company and ensuring it has the appropriate treasury controls; • Managing hedging and foreign currencies (if relevant); • Managing the External Auditor relationship and ensuring the organisation is compliant with accounting standards; • Managing and overseeing the company's banking and borrowing arrangements; • Managing relationships with Investors (where applicable); • Managing and overseeing the company’s financial systems; • Investment appraisal and analysis; • Overseeing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax, Treasury, Payroll, Financial and Management Accounting functions. • Risk Management to ensure the business has a solid financial risk framework in place • defining the pricing strategies for profit optimization • Managing and tracking budget and accounting information including billing, collections, and tax information; • Define, monitor and report the KPIs of each employee;
