- Resolving requests received from clients;
- Identifying and escalating priority issues;
- Monitoring live chat and incoming email correspondence;
- Performing technical investigations (log analysis) for customer and end-user submitted tickets;
- Coordinating case resolution between internal team.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Higher education, preferably in technical field;
- Experience working with CRM systems is desirable;
- Excellent customer service orientation;
- Experience in providing customer support service;
- Excellent English skills both spoken and written;
- High level of self-confidence and ability to make decision independently;
- Stress tolerance and attention to detail;
- Good time management skills;
